Everyone is having it done to them, not just you.
Some idiot is flooding newsgroups with Usenet posts filled with random
computer generated crap that is statistically very close to English - which
simply makes it harder to use automated filters to block it. He copies
subjects and From: addresses from posts already on Usenet. He's not
attacking you, he's attacking the newsgroups he's flooding.

You posted this to the newsgroup. What makes you think anyone here can do
anything more than you can do?
Try to locate which Usenet site he is posting from, and send abuse reports
to that site.
